Summer 2005 Graduation Ceremony

The leadership, members, and support personnel of the Kemah Fire Department would like to congratulate two of our firefighters who have shown incredible dedication by completing the steps necessary to become state certified firefighters. Firefighter James Ford and Firefighter Peter Leggio completed a very rigorous and exhausting three-month training academy during the hot and humid Galveston County summertime.  Ford and Leggio's graduation ceremony was held at the College of the Mainland on Friday, June 19, 2005 and was well attended.  Representatives from a dozen different fire agencies were present to congratulate their newest brothers entering the fire service.  The Kemah Fire Department thanks Ford and Leggio for their dedication in completing this impressive undertaking.  Well done men!
